Deanne Pierce is board certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She received her B.A. from Baylor University – Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Ms. Pierce received her law degree with honors from The University of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas in Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Lawyers as well as a member of the Texas Academy of Probate and Trust Lawyers. In her practice, she helps individuals and their families achieve their asset protection goals while working to minimize taxes. She represents taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in estate and gift tax matters and guides executors and trustees through all phases of the administration and distribution of trusts and estates. She also handles the review and optimization of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax returns. Ms. Pierce has published “Estate Planning: Simple Steps for Maximum Asset Protection,” Coastal Bend Medicine.
