Marshall Wilkerson earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas with highest honors in 1983, completed his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law with honors in 1986 and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He has been board certified in commercial real estate by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1997. In that time he has developed a sophisticated law practice specializing in business mergers and acquisitions, investment entity formation and real estate and financing transactions. To date Mr. Wilkerson has successfully negotiated and closed well over a billion dollars in commercial and farm and ranch real estate transactions, credit facilities and business sales and acquisitions. Mr. Wilkerson has served on the Finance Committee of the Texas State Aquarium, the board of the YMCA and as special counsel to Bayfest, Inc., a local charity. He is a life member of the Texas Exes Alumni Association, a lifetime fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and an avid golfer.
